What’s New in the Inbox

The updated LeadTruffle inbox gives you powerful new tools to stay organized, collaborate, and respond faster to leads.

Read Receipts & Message Indicators

  • See what you haven’t read—each team member gets their own view

  • Blue dot = new message since you last opened the thread

  • Bold text = full conversation is unread

  • Helps you quickly scan for messages that need attention

Filter by Lead Source

Focus only on the leads that matter:

  • Filter by source (e.g., Yelp, website chat, missed call text-back)

  • Quickly prioritize conversations based on how they came in

Assign Conversations to Team Members

Perfect for teams managing high lead volume:

  • Assign any lead to a teammate via Lead Details > Edit

  • Assigned team members get notified (if notifications are enabled)

  • View current assignments from the inbox sidebar at a glance

Coming Soon: Archive Conversations

  • Soon, you’ll be able to archive threads to keep your inbox tidy

  • Archived messages won’t appear in your active inbox view
