How to Follow Up with Google LSA Ads Using LeadTruffle (SMS)

Overview

If you’re running Google Local Services Ads (LSA), you can use LeadTruffle to automatically text back new message leads. Once set up, every new LSA message will route through your 10DLC LeadTruffle number, enabling your AI assistant to respond instantly and qualify leads for you.

💡 This feature is only available on the Expert Plan. If you’re not on this plan yet, reach out to support to upgrade or request your 10DLC number.

Step 1 — Log into Google LSA

  1. On the left-hand sidebar, click Profile & Budget.

Step 2 — Enable Message Leads

  1. Scroll down to the Settings section.

  2. Find the card labeled “Message Leads.”

  3. Toggle ON the option to receive message leads.

    • This allows potential customers to message you directly from your LSA listing.

Step 3 — Update Your Messaging Preferences

  1. Under Messaging Preferences, you’ll see an option for “Select messaging preferences for receiving leads.”

  2. Replace your existing number with your LeadTruffle 10DLC number (issued upon activation of your Expert Plan).

  3. Save your changes.

Once this is complete, all new incoming LSA message leads will route to your LeadTruffle number — allowing your AI assistant to instantly respond, qualify, and follow up via text message.
