RingCentral offers several different call forwarding options — and their interface often varies depending on your plan, version, or region.
We’ve seen many different layouts across customer accounts, so instead of guessing through the menus, the quickest and most reliable method is to contact RingCentral Support and ask them to enable forwarding for you.

Copy and paste this message into your RingCentral Support chat or email:
Hi there - I’d like to set up conditional call forwarding so that missed calls (unanswered calls only) get forwarded to another number: [Insert AI Call Answering Number Here].
Can you help me enable this on my account or provide the steps to do so?

Tip
Once your forwarding is active, test it by placing a call to your main business number and letting it ring through without answering.
If it correctly forwards to your LeadTruffle number, your Missed Call Follow-Up AI will automatically take over and text back the caller.
