LeadTruffle pricing plans include monthly lead processing limits. This article explains how leads are counted, what happens when you exceed your plan's limits, and which features are tied to each subscription tier.
Plan Tiers & Lead Limits (as of July 2025)
Basic Plan: Up to 50 leads/month
Professional Plan: Up to 200 leads/month
Expert Plan*: Up to 500 leads/month
* Overages allowed at $0.75 per additional lead beyond 500

What Counts as a Lead?
A lead is defined as a unique interaction via website widget or phone call.
One person submitting the widget multiple times = 1 lead
Two different people submitting the widget = 2 leads
One person calling and later submitting the widget = 1 lead
Leads are counted per unique individual, not per interaction.
Lead Cap & Grace Buffer
Each plan includes a 150% buffer before lead processing stops:
Basic Plan: Up to 75 total leads
Professional Plan: Up to 300 total leads
Expert Plan: Overages billed after 500 leads, no hard stop
Once the cap is hit:
The lead's name and phone number will still be logged
No SMS replies will be sent to that lead
Spam Detection & Filtering
To maintain lead quality:
IP-based spam filtering (blocks non-US traffic)
Repeat submission detection
Manual block tools - available in your dashboard
Phone-side spam filtering features are in development
Trial Limitations
If you're on a free trial and do not convert to a paid plan, your widget will be automatically removed from your website
