Overview

LeadTruffle pricing plans include monthly lead processing limits. This article explains how leads are counted, what happens when you exceed your plan's limits, and which features are tied to each subscription tier.

Plan Tiers & Lead Limits (as of December 2025)

  1. Essential Plan: Up to 150 leads/month

  2. Growth Plan: Up to 300 leads/month

  3. Scale Plan: Up to 500 leads/month

  4. Enterprise: custom lead limits

What Counts as a Lead?

A lead is defined as a unique interaction via website widget or phone call.

  • One person submitting the widget multiple times = 1 lead

  • Two different people submitting the widget = 2 leads

  • One person calling and later submitting the widget = 1 lead

  • One person interacting with the AI via Yelp = 1 lead

Leads are counted per unique individual, not per interaction.

Lead Cap & Grace Buffer

Each plan includes a 150% buffer before lead processing stops:

  1. Essential Plan: Up to 225 leads/month

  2. Growth Plan: Up to 450 leads/month

  3. Scale Plan: Up to 750 leads/month

Once the cap is hit:

  • The lead's name and phone number will still be logged

  • No SMS or Email replies will be sent to that lead

Spam Detection & Filtering

To maintain lead quality:

  1. IP-based spam filtering (blocks non-US traffic)

  2. Repeat submission detection

  3. Manual block tools - available in your dashboard

  4. Phone-side spam filtering features are in development
