How to Use AI Form Filler to Auto-Send Leads to Any CRM

Some CRMs block direct integration - but LeadTruffle’s AI Form Filler bypasses that by submitting lead data via form-fill automation.

Some CRMs like Service Autopilot, ServiceTitan, or BuilderTrend don’t allow third-party integrations like LeadTruffle to directly push data into their systems.

To work around this, we created AI Form Filler - a tool that automatically submits leads to any CRM using AI-powered web form entry.

Step 1: Navigate to AI Form Filler

  1. Go to your External Integrations tab in LeadTruffle.

  2. Scroll to AI Form Filler and click Connect.

Step 2: Enter the Form URL

  1. Paste in the URL of the lead form from your CRM.

    1. Note: Required fields will vary by CRM. Review the form to know what’s mandatory.

Step 3: Choose the Form Type

  1. Select from:

    1. Service Autopilot

    2. ServiceTitan

    3. BuilderTrend

    4. Other (for general use)

Step 4: Set the Submit Mode

  1. After AI Qualification (Recommended): Waits until the AI completes a conversation and gathers necessary details before submission.

  2. Immediate: Submits the lead as soon as someone calls or fills out your web chat.

  1. Prevent submission without:

    1. Email address (if your CRM requires it)

    2. Physical address (if required by your CRM)

  2. Leave unchecked if not necessary.

Step 6: Activate Integration

  1. Check Enable Integration.

  2. Click Save to finalize.

Once configured, LeadTruffle will intelligently fill and submit your CRM’s form for every qualified lead, saving you manual entry time—even for systems that don’t support traditional integrations.
