Get a push notification on your mobile device every time a lead replies in LeadTruffle.

Using your mobile web browser (Google Chrome and Safari recommended) you can get push notifications every time a lead replies in LeadTruffle.

Step 1 - Log into LeadTruffle on Google Chrome or Safari

  1. Download (if you don't have it) and open up Google Chrome or Safari web browser on your mobile device

  2. Head to app.leadtruffle.com and log into your LeadTruffle account

Step 2 - Add LeadTruffle as a bookmark on your home screen

  1. Once logged in, click the share button on Chrome or Safari

  2. Then scroll down and click "Add to home screen"

Step 4 - Log into LeadTruffle via your home screen bookmark

  1. You should now have what looks like a mobile app icon for LeadTruffle on your home screen. Scroll to the last page of your apps if you don't see it.

  2. Click this bookmark / app icon, and log into LeadTruffle like you normally would

Step 5 - Go to Conversations and turn on Push notifications

  1. Head to the Conversations tab in LeadTruffle

  2. Press the "Push notifications" button on the conversation

  3. Allow LeadTruffle notifications

When done successfully, you'll get a push notification like the example below any time there is a new message or call in LeadTruffle:

Options: You have two options:

  1. All Replies - Get notified for all incoming messages and calls

  2. Manual Replies - Only get notified when a lead replies to a human takeover conversations

For most users, 1. All Replies makes the most sense.

Yes - click the same button again or use your mobile devices notification settings.

Multiple computers/phones?

Enable push on each device where you want alerts.

Will it drain battery?

No - browsers handle push efficiently; nothing runs in the background
