1 — Turn it on
Open Conversations in the app
https://app.leadtruffle.com/conversations
Click "Push notifications", the button near the reply box.
Your browser will ask “Allow notifications?” → choose Allow.Pick All Replies or Only When I’m in Manual Mode.
You can change this at any time by clicking the "Push Notifications" button again which will bring up this modal:
That’s it! LeadTruffle will now pop up a toast whenever a new message lands.

2 — Desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Make sure you’re using Google Chrome.
Go to

and log in.Follow the steps in Turn it on above.
A test toast will appear so you know it’s working.
3 — iPhone / iPad
Apple only delivers push to sites you’ve installed like an app.
In Safari, open
https://app.leadtruffle.com/conversations
and log in.Tap the Share icon ▸ Add to Home Screen ▸ Add.
(This puts a LeadTruffle icon on your home screen.)Launch LeadTruffle from that new icon.
Tap Enable Push Notifications and allow permissions.
You’ll now get LeadTruffle alerts just like any other iOS notification.
